Job title: Sales Floor Manager

Description: Job Purpose: Effective deployment of people resources to drive amazing customer service and deliver sales and conversion targets on the shop floor

Reports to: Deputy Store Manager/Store Manager

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Customer:
*Drive team to deliver amazing customer service
*Support achievement of customer service targets
*Lead a service culture in store to drive sales
*Drive store sales conversion on the shop floor and lead achievement of sales results
*Support the delivery of operational excellence to achieve store standards

Commercial Focus:
*Understand commercial targets and work with Store Manager to convert plans into sales
*Act on key commercial targets using all available financial tools
*Deliver clear communication to ensure tasks are completed effectively
*Understand and deliver requirements relating to legal and operational compliance
*Support management team to communicate and re-enforce business strategy

People:
*Role model positive behaviours to help build a cohesive team
*Effective deployment of people resource utilising the daily scheduling tool
* Support, input and help deliver the daily team briefing
* Ensure that Customer Service Advisers understand their role and responsibilities; providing coaching and in-store training to develop positive behaviours, skills and specialism
* Assist in setting stretch targets with store manager for individual team colleagues
* Support the delivery of effective induction and development programs for all colleagues

Specialism:
* Support the implementation of marketing initiatives specific to the store
* Understand and implement the visual merchandising plan in line with company standards
* Carry out cash handling and operational processes in line with company policy
* Support delivery of all change initiatives
