Overall Job Function:
Responsible for category sales, customer service, profitability, and inventory management.
Manages a team within a department according to the company values, standards, policies, and procedures and is responsible for all people development functions.
1. Sales management
Make sure achieving category sales target by following store sales plan and managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales operation.
Analysing sales report, indicating key issue, making development plan, and acting when sales goes down.
2. Product management
Assist to perfect product management process.
Responsible for new product and visual merchandising.
Responsible for tracking product sales movement and analysing sales report for best seller and unsalable garments.
Responsible for making sales plan by analysing product information and relevant data
Effectively control and manage inventory.
Routinely report sales to store manager.
3. Operation management
Monitor daily shift work and assure store operation smoothly.
Assure store operation under company standard process and procedure.
Assure store VM in UR way.
Monitor and manage VM routinely to provide customer high standard satisfaction at any time.
4. People management
Coach and train sales associates, making sure sales associate complete work independently.
Assist store management to build sales associates development plan.
Daily store operation work.

Experience in administrating progressive discipline process and performance management.
Open availability including evenings and weekends; ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times
